You can complete JOIN!, the Haniel International Trainee Programme with a focus on controlling, accounting and finance. During your 18-month traineeship you will gain sound vocational experience in a series of stages at the corporate divisions and Group Holding Company. An international assignment lasting four to six months is also a fixed component of "JOIN!". You will also take part in a workshop at an international business school and seminars at the Haniel Academy.
Valuable contacts
We will provide you with regular detailed feedback on your strengths and development potential. An experienced manager from the Group serving as your personal mentor and staff from the Human Resources department will assist you in an advisory capacity with all specialist and career-related questions. There will also be regular meetings with members of top management. You will already get to know the strategy and values of the Company Group as well as other trainees and employees in the introductory week. At the beginning of the trainee programme you will receive an open-ended employment contract from us – and thus long-term career perspectives at Haniel.
High performers sought
Haniel is looking for graduates who have completed their studies (bachelor’s or master’s) in economics with above-average results. Further requirements: you graduated no longer than one year ago. In addition, Haniel expects practical experience through internships at home and abroad as well as fluent business English. Since you will be changing locations during the trainee programme, international mobility is important. Applicants who are non-native speakers of German should be fluent in spoken and written German.
Your application
Please apply for "JOIN!" between 6 June and 24 July 2011 using the job portal. You will receive a reply as soon as we have assessed your application. If the outcome is positive then we will invite you to take part in a video interview. For this purpose you will receive questions from us to answer at home and record with a webcam. As soon as you have sent your video to us we will evaluate your answers. If you should prove yourself here then we will subsequently conduct a telephone interview with you. These are the preliminary stages of the Assessment Centre, after which you will be notified of whether you are among the candidates who can start their careers at Haniel. In addition, every Assessment Centre participant receives detailed feedback.
