Trainees dive in
Haniel prepares young economists specifically for a career in the Group – JOIN!, the Haniel International Trainee Programme. During the 18-month traineeship, young talent works in a range of positions at both the Group Holding Company and divisions. In doing so, you can focus on one of two topics – Controlling, Accounting & Finance or Supply Chain Management. On top of the practical experience you also take part in seminars at the Haniel Academy and a workshop at an international business school, thereby ensuring that you are ideally prepared to start your first regular job at the Company Group.
