Pupils

Have you just left school and are unsure what to do next? With a pupil internship in the Haniel Group, you can find out which career suits you best. Or have you already decided and are still looking for a place on a vocational training? We offer you the opportunity to start out in around 20 careers.

Students

Theory alone is not enough. You also want to gain practical experience. If so, then as a Haniel intern you have come to the right place. We have developed a sponsorship program especially for future economists to support them throughout their studies.

Career starters

Have you completed your degree and can’t wait to start your career? There are two different paths available to you in the Haniel Group: either a direct assignment or a trainee programme. Whichever route you choose, we will offer you endless possibilities for development.

Experienced professionals

We do not believe in standing still. If you need movement, change, a new challenge, then we are right for each other. There are many exciting tasks waiting for you at Haniel. Finance experts in particular will have the opportunity to climb the career ladder as part of the Group.
