"JOIN!", the Haniel International Trainee Programme, can be completed with a focus on Controlling, Accounting & Finance or Supply Chain Management. Regardless of which specialist field you choose, during your 18-month traineeship you will acquire solid professional experience by working in a range of positions in the Corporate Divisions and the Group Holding Company. An overseas assignment lasting four to six months is also a fixed component of "JOIN!". You will also participate in workshops and seminars in the Haniel Academy, the management centre of the Haniel Group.
Valuable contacts
We provide you with regular detailed feedback on your strengths and development potential. Experienced managers from the Group are there to advise you on all specialist and career-related questions. There are also two to three meetings with members of top management. Right at the beginning of the trainee programme you receive from us an open-ended employment contract – and thus long-term career perspectives with Haniel.
High performers sought
Haniel seeks graduates who have completed their studies (Diploma or Master’s) in economics with above-average results. Further requirements: the focus of your studies should correspond to the specialist field for which you apply, and your final examination should have been no longer than one year ago. In addition Haniel expects practical experience through internships at home and abroad, as well as fluent business English. Applicants who are non-native speakers of German should be fluent in spoken and written German. Since you will be changing locations during the trainee program, international mobility is important.
